I showed up to my volleyball scrimmage last week looking a hot mess, but it’s cool.  Volleyball courts are a no judgement zone.

Amen! I LOVE when girls show up to the gym in full on make-up, hair all did up. Then they do 4 crunches and spend the rest of the time fawning over meatheads and bros. I’m like “gtfo my gym” over in my sweaty sweats. Sure they have a right to be there and exercise and all, but they use the gym like a man market, not for it’s intended purpose.

Feminine Woes Won’t Keep Me Down (Don’t read men if you are afraid of biology)

Today’s gonna be a high intensity work out day. I’ve done 120 squats, have my 90 minute dance class, AND I’m having my boyfriend train me. 

Just because I’m on my PERIOD doesn’t mean I can’t work out. PERIOD PERIOD PERIOD. 

It’s okay to talk about it ladies. And working out might help these monster cramps go away. Can’t let something like this stop me from working out and eating right. Though I WANT chocolate right now… OATMEAL IT IS

On the Eve of the Second Semester…

I ATE:

1/2 cup oatmeal w/ pineapple

1 meatless kielbasa

Broccoli w/ lemon

Greek yogurt w/ wheat germ (This kind from Costco is actually good enough I don’t need the Agave!)

Meatless spicy chicken (low carb)

Cottage cheese

Hummus & whole wheat pita

A serving of sauceless vegetable pizza (delicious AND healthy!) 

What I worked:

100 squats

30 minute bike ride

20 rows 

20 leg presses (40 lbs)

Bout 40 bench presses (8 lbs)

Pushups (No idea how many. Not real ones anyway.)

Bout 100 crunches/ab exercises

100 jumping jacks

40 arm curls (8 lbs)

40 shoulder presses

20 shoulder shrugs

10 minutes of yoga

…Plus some stuff I can’t remember but I got the most important stuff I think. I worked really hard on my push up goal today. My goal is ten, though right now it probably should just be one actually push up. I can’t even do that. But I will.

YESTERDAYYYYY, I exercised n shit.

WOOOOOO

100 squats (Which I’ve *HAVE* resolved to do everyday. I only have 20 left today. Boy are my buns burning!)

10ish pushups (Homegirl has no upper body strength)

10 Romanian Crunches per leg

20 Tri-crunches 

10, I think they are called suicide rows?  (20 lbs)

20 regular rows (20 lbs)

20 deadlifts (25 lbs) 

20 shoulder presses

20 shoulder shrugs

75 jumping jacks

Aaaaand I believe there was more but I can’t remember. I need to get some more cardio in. Thank goodness for my bicycle :) Also thank goodness for my personal trainer in training boyfriend for coming up with all this stuff for me.
